Evaluation Services

We employ experienced, highly-dedicated counselor that can effectively evaluate and treat issues related to substance abuse and mental health. Sliding Fee Schedule

In an effort to make our resources available to the community at-large, including the uninsured and poverty-stricken, the Friendship House Counseling Clinic makes available a sliding fee schedule based on income eligibility. Please contact our clinic to find out the reduced fees that you may be eligible for.
Individuals who have insurance but who have not met their deductible will be charged in accordance with the Non-Hardship Fee Schedule.
